First understand the process
I map what happens, why, which rules apply and where people make judgements. Sometimes a small change in the way of working turns out to be enough.
Rules decide what is possible, not complexity
A process with 200 clear rules can often be automated well, from start to finish. If a person really must decide somewhere, I automate what comes before and after.
Built to keep working
The technology follows the process: a software robot (works in your existing screens, like an employee), an integration (systems exchange data directly) or custom software. With error handling, monitoring and maintenance, so you can rely on it after an update too.
The quality of the data and the access to your systems count as well. That is why you get honest advice up front, even if that advice is not to automate.

- Delivery date, price and quantities are compared with the purchase order.
- If everything matches, the ERP and the planning are updated.

- Engineering releases a drawing in drawing management.
- The item and bill of materials are prepared automatically.
- The process planner checks and approves.
- Item and bill of materials go into the ERP, with the right revision.
